TAL Software

When ordering and installing a TAL Software product you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be fully and legally bound to these Terms & Conditions and to also accept the Privacy Policy.

The order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com or 2Checkout, who also handle order-related inquiries and returns. Your data will be shared with TAL Software for product fulfilment.

All prices listed, are inclusive VAT where applicable. TAL Software products are not sold, but licensed to you, as a single user. This is a single user license, you are not allowed to share and/or distribute the contents of this product, either in full or in part, without written consent from TAL Software.

Delivery Policy: All TAL Software products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical shipping will take place. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download. In case you are unable to download the product or you do not receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 14 days from the date of your order, the product(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

Refund Policy: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund if you have not yet activated the serial number. Once you registered the product, then you “break the seal” of the product and lose your right to a refund and in such case, we are not obliged to offer a refund according to EU regulations for digital deliveries.

The TAL Software plug-ins and synth presets are royalty-free and can be used for commercial or non-commercial use for music production, film-scoring, game music, and other types of audio production.

You may not sample, record or copy any TAL Software products (sound files, waveforms, recordings or synth presets) for the purpose of creating and distributing new sample libraries, instruments or sound packs, not as isolated single sounds or part of a sample library, not for commercial or non-commercial use of any kind.

TAL Software products may not be free of bugs or errors and is used at your own risk. TAL Software is not liable for any damage, blown up speakers, loss of hearing, any lost profit, loss of data, malfunctioning or indirect damage caused by the products licensed to you. The liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Products are the intellectual property of TAL Software and all rights belong to TAL Software. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of the law.

TAL Software cannot be held responsible for any damage, or lost time as a result of using this product.

These Terms & Conditions will continue to apply until terminated by you or TAL Software. If you want to terminate them you can do so by destroying all copies of your licensed products. TAL Software may terminate them if you breach this agreement. These terms shall survive any termination.
